LOL... good way to get out of working out Kelly... guess I ought to be getting up at night... and use it as an exuse? LOL... you may have to go to bed earlier, or sleep later and do your workout when the little ones are in school? Isn't the youngest in playschool now? Hey... try and set a 2300hr bedtime, then you may make it by midnight? The 5 lb this week, could be muscle you know! (I also am not happy with that... doing the running the past ..uh, nearly 2 years now.. I have put on weight and I have been told by some oh... that is muscle, it is heavier!) For me I know by what I see and feel that some is muscle, and some is damn fat. Unfortunately with marathon training there is such a big appetite and I ,*clearing throat* rather enjoyed the fact that my bod was burning off more calories... so I took in a bit much and all in all I don't like my current size. I need to go on a Duct tape diet... apply prior to any meal!! (over the oral orafice!)
