Dayum I got no more sleep last night than the night before... so no working out... AGAIN.
Five hours is just not enough for me to get out of bed at 6am and go workout. I'm going to have to rethink the bedtime thing. This is just not working. I figure i have to be in bed by at least midnight... but it just ain't happenin.

Well i'm back at my pre-vacation weight. Just before vacation i was down 30lbs. Between getting sick, injuring myself and just feeling f*cked up from being told "you have cancer ... no maybe you don't have cancer ... oops wrong again you do have cancer"... i stopped working out as much as i had been. Then came surgery... followed by radiation... which as you all know caused me to gain weight... lol.

Towards the end of rad i actually did lose a few pounds so i'm back where i was when all of this sh*t started. I'm trying to ignore the 5lbs i seem to have gained since doing weights this weekend....grrr... i know it means nothing but i hate it when that happens. Well i need a nap or somethin... i'm too tired to think...uggghh... i hate not getting enough sleep.>
