I'm finally losing some weight. And no Des...my clothes are not hanging off me... UNFORTUNATELY!!... lol. I too figured i'd drop a few pounds during radiation...but of course someone who needs to doesn't. The other gal i know going through this with me has lost over 20lbs!!! Doesn't it just figure.
In fact, i actually gained a few pounds the first 3 weeks because i'd stopped working out by then. It was sort of the running joke that i was their only cancer patient to gain wait during treatment....grrrr.*grin* Of course it's like being pregnant...the staff don't care and they are happy to see you gain some weight regardless of what size you started out at.
